will help you answer this one question:
Could Loma Vista be my new home?
Want to move into an apartment where you can add your colors and arrange your stuff to really look good?
In the kitchen there is a microwave/convection oven, range with self-cleaning oven, 16 cf refrigerator with glass shelves, double stainless steel sink and oak cabinets with drawers that close themselves. The floors in the entry, kitchen, and dining are ceramic tile that’s easy to clean. The bath has ceramic tile around the tub and on the floor and an oak vanity with 8 drawers that close themselves. The two dining windows look out to a large pine tree (home to Jethro, a black squirrel). The 164 sq. ft. deck is private and has a view of the gardens at the same time. If you like pocket doors, there’s one between the kitchen and the entry.
Do you like coming home to a get-away resort like atmosphere?
We’ve got ferns, lemon bushes, camellias, apricot and loquat trees, a visiting falcon, and an occasional raccoon.
You can unlock the gates from inside your apartment and let your visitors into the complex. First time visitors often say something about how it really is as peaceful and quiet as it seems when they look through the gates.
The people who lived here moved to the east coast. In their notice they said: “We’ve loved our time here and want to thank you for cultivating a peaceful and welcoming community.”
The complex has been earthquake retrofitted and many energy savings measures have been implemented.
Choose a color from our palette of accent wall colors, and we’ll paint an accent wall for you.
Do you love your cat?
Your cat will fit on the windowsills so it can watch sassy squirrels and assorted birds.
Click on the cat photo and meet some of our supremely satisfied feline residents.
Is there extra stuff?
The microwave has a convection oven and the refrigerator has glass shelves.
The carpet is a higher grade than “apartment quality.”
You can hook up to our HD antennas and watch a lot of channels for free.
Every apartment is wired for local/national/international satellite TV.
If you have long stuff you only use now and then, you can keep it in your private keyed storage locker that is 8 1/2 feet high instead of propping it in a corner in the living room.
What about the managers and my neighbors?
The managers are here – you don’t have to leave messages and make appointments, and residents appreciate the managers.
The residents, as indicated in the notes in the slideshow, are courteous and considerate.
Residents who work at Stanford and at Google sometimes bike to work.
Several residents have said they’ve made lasting friendships here.
$1000 deposit ($500 additional if you have a cat) and lease required.
