will help you answer this one question:
Could Loma Vista be my new home?

Apartment viewWant to move into an apartment where you can add your colors and arrange your stuff to really look good?

Step out of the large living room into a peaceful patio.  The kitchen has appliances which are higher quality than found in most apartment complexes like a microwave with a convection oven, 16cf refrigerator with glass shelves and self-cleaning range.  There’s 16” x 16” easy to clean tile on the kitchen, dining, and entry floors.  The tiled bath (no squishy fiberglass in this complex) has an oak vanity with a granite top and drawers that close themselves.

Front Entry GateDo you like coming home to a get-away resort like atmosphere?

We’ve got ferns, lemon bushes, camellias, apricot and loquat trees, a giant avocado tree, a visiting falcon, and a raccoon who lives in a large pine tree.

You can unlock the gates from inside your apartment and let your visitors into the complex.

First time visitors and inspectors (who see lots of complexes) often say something about how it really is as peaceful and quiet as it seems when they look through the gates.

The complex has been earthquake retrofitted and many energy savings measures have been implemented.

Kitties and other residents enjoy Loma VistaDo you love your cat?

Your cat will fit on the windowsills so it can watch sassy squirrels and assorted birds.

Click on the cat photo and meet some of our supremely satisfied feline residents.

Loma Vista Apartments wired for HD and Satellite TVIs there extra stuff?

Choose a color from our palette of accent wall colors, and we’ll paint an accent wall for you.

The electrician and the painter do work at a lot of different complexes and both of them have commented on “how good this complex feels” and the higher quality things like the carpet, and oak cabinets, and appliances.

You can hook up to our HD antennas and watch a lot of channels for free.

Every apartment is wired for local/national/international satellite TV.

If you have long stuff you only use now and then, you can keep it in your private keyed storage locker that is 8 1/2 feet high instead of propping it in a corner in the living room.

Dove nestingWhat about the managers and my neighbors?

The managers are here – you don’t have to leave messages and make appointments, and residents appreciate the managers.

The residents, as indicated in the notes in the slideshow, are courteous and considerate.

Residents who work at Stanford and at Google sometimes bike to work.

Several residents have said they’ve made lasting friendships here.
