will help you answer this one question:
Could Loma Vista be my new home?
Want to move into an apartment where you can add your colors and arrange your stuff to really look good?
The kitchen has microwave with convection oven, range with self-cleaning oven, 16 cf refrigerator with glass shelves – and the drawers in the oak cabinets close themselves. The bath is tiled (no squishy fiberglass in this complex), and the oak vanity with a granite top also has drawers that close themselves. Light pours through a wall of windows along the living and dining rooms. On the other side of the windows are birch and oak trees. This apartment has probably the best view in the complex.
Do you like coming home to a get-away resort like atmosphere?
We’ve got ferns, lemon bushes, camellias, apricot and loquat trees, a giant avocado tree, a visiting falcon, and a raccoon who lives in a large pine tree.
You can unlock the gates from inside your apartment and let your visitors into the complex. First time visitors often say something about how it really is as peaceful and quiet as it seems when they look through the gates.
The people who used to live here told the managers, “We didn’t realize how quiet our apartment was until we moved and now we hear people in apartments all around us.”
The complex has been earthquake retrofitted and many energy savings measures have been implemented.
Choose a color from our palette of accent wall colors, and we’ll paint an accent wall for you.
Do you love your cat?
Your cat will fit on the windowsills so it can watch sassy squirrels and assorted birds.
Click on the cat photo and meet some of our supremely satisfied feline residents.
Is there extra stuff?
The microwave has a convection oven and the refrigerator has glass shelves.
The carpet is a higher grade than “apartment quality.”
You can hook up to our HD antennas and watch a lot of channels for free.
Every apartment is wired for local/national/international satellite TV.
If you have long stuff you only use now and then, you can keep it in your private keyed storage locker that is 8 1/2 feet high instead of propping it in a corner in the living room.
What about the managers and my neighbors?
The managers are here – you don’t have to leave messages and make appointments, and residents appreciate the managers.
The residents, as indicated in the notes in the slideshow, are courteous and considerate.
Residents who work at Stanford and at Google sometimes bike to work.
Several residents have said they’ve made lasting friendships here.
$1000 deposit ($500 additional if you have a cat) and lease required.
